- Be with responsibility for Wedding Hall interior decoration and
construction design on site

drawings and as-build drawings for Conference Centers, Recreation
Area, BBQ Restaurant and 3 Beds Villas.
2. Portman Ritz-Carlton Shanghai (5 stars Hotel, renovation of Public Areas)
- Be in production of scheme and shop drawings for Lobby Bar and
Japanese Restaurant.
4. Furama NanShan Garden Hotel Dalian (5 stars Hotel, including 200
guestrooms and public areas)
- Take part in plan solutions and shop drawings for Building
Elevation, Chinese Restaurant and Ball Room.
5. Barony Hotel & Resorts Tianjin (4 stars Hotel, including 300
guestrooms and public areas)
- Be in production of shop drawings and as-build drawings for Chinese
Restaurant and All-day Dinning Restaurant.

- Take part in plan solutions and shop drawings for A34/C37 Villas.

Community Project Invested by ShiMao Group)
- Assisting Project Designer in production of design solutions and
shop drawings for Mockup Rooms.
3. Aijia Royal Court Shanghai (150,000m2, High-rise Apartment & Office
Building Invested by Aijia Group)
- Take part in plan solutions and shop drawings for Building Sales on
spot, Mockup Rooms and Lobby.
